Much like the events in Basgerin, the Nadire region has been subject to the hands of pirates. I say pirates because that is what these capsuleers are. They lie, steal, and ransom people and corporations out of their ISK and blow their ships up for fun. No other label fits more than Pirate.

Yesterday we were given intel that a Raitaru class structure belonging to a corporation called Get Silents in the Goinard system was to transition to its Abandoned state. Our hope was to ensure that the ships and equipment left inside would be safely transported out and that a safe dismantling of the structure could take place. This was not to be the case, the scheduled time had been off and we had waited for nothing.


Today at 17:49 the structure had transited, a whole twenty-four hours later! To make matters worse, Shadow Cartel had been privy to this intel and had already begun their own form of dismantling. Using Hecates they made short work of it, depositing crates and crates full of valuable equipment. Any attempt to get on grid was met with a vicious response. Collecting all that was ejected into their own transport ships, they left as quickly as they had arrived.

Groups like Snuffed Out and Shadow Cartel attract more and more wayward capsuleers through actions such as this. Praying on those than haven't the wealth or ability to defend themselves. If we can not band together to push back against these bullies then it will continue to end this way every time.

My biggest worry when I started this was that I would forget to take notes of my thoughts and feelings. I guess that was true? YC122.10.29 - Crimson Harvest

  //PERSONAL LOG //ENTRY BY CLEMENTINE LAFLEUR //DATE YC122.10.29   I have woken up to see reports flooding in via Galnet of Blood Raider fleets making their annual raids of high and lowsec space. It marks the start of what they call Crimson Harvest and it will be my first time actually seeing it. The older classmates at the University would tell scare stories of Amarrian cults that would capture you because you were a clone, believing that your blood was sacred to them. They would string you upside down and drain you like cattle and bath in your blood. They wouldn't kill you straight away no, you would be kept alive to ensure every last drop was squeezed out of you. You would suffer a very long and painful death until you were recloned. They would somethings finish the story with a crescendo of evil laughter, which seems cheesy now I think about it. I didn't know what to expect, but Edward (aka Mantel) our FC reassured me that it was going to be a straightforward exercise. We were to form up in Tanoo ready to attack an Astrahus class citadel owned by an individual named Silas Vitalia. I had been told she had upset quite a few people, enough to warrant the destruction of her base. Our CEO Charles said that we had been contracted to carry out the destruction of it and that as far as he knew, it was going to be just us.
